Brighton Beach

Brighton Beach is a perfect day out in the right weather. The beach has many things for you to do, Let me tell you about it!

As we approach Summer, and the weather gets better, Brighton beach is the place to be. There are so many things to do along the beach from walking along the beach, sunbathing, doughnuts, fish, and chips. If you are feeling like trying something exciting try some watersports such as kayaking, paddle boarding volleyball, and Frisbee. Or, try something more chilled like just relaxing at the beach, or skimming a few pebbles over the water.

If the weather is going to be nice, make sure to leave early (around 8 or 9am) that way you can avoid sitting in traffic. The earlier you get there the less busy and you can enjoy your day out better. Trains are another conveninet way of getting here. Make sure you come to Brighton station – it is a relatively short walk (roughly 15 mins). There are plenty spots to grab a bite to eat from cafes, to fast food, or if you want something basic you get a a meal deal from the Tesco Express or Sainsburys.

Parking can be troublesome, especially on a nice day so try, and park further away perhaps in Hove (but be prepared for a long walk) or if you can try one of the huge car parks.

There are bike lanes parallel to the footpath – so if you want to skate or cycle along go ahead (but don’t anticipate going fast).

There are key attractions of Brighton aong the beach such as the i360 and The Pier. Be sure to check out our posts on these.
